Facility Management is an evolution of a single Operating Lease contract where the whole operational process is streamlined.

 

OPERATIONAL ADVANTAGES


  • Customer can easily manage mixed ICT assets being changed frequently, track them down, forecast their performance and get the data;
  • A single Rental Agreement “Quadro” undersigned with all terms and conditions for recurrent orders allows Customer to forecast expenses (OPEX) and meet budget commitments; 
  • BLT Enterprise undertakes to purchase all assets ordered by Customers;
  • BLT Enterprise also provides complementary services (either on its own or outsourced) such as: setup, maintenance, insurance, change, breakdown and pickup at the end of rental period.
